All professional orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two shipping options to meet your professional needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery timeframe: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders $50+):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery timeframe: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Professionals Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Please be aware that customs processing may add to delivery times, and any applicable duties/taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Professional Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our professional-grade cosmetics and special effects makeup with a straightforward returns process designed for working artists.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Special effects items (Bald Caps, Blood products, etc.) must be in resellable condition

Non-Returnable Professional Products

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, these opened products cannot be returned:

  • Alcohol Activated Makeup
  • Adhesive & Removers
  • Applicators
  • Bath & Body products with broken seals

Professional Return Process

  • Follow the same initiation process as returns
  • Specify the replacement product needed (from our Beauty Makeup, Body Makeup, or other professional lines)
  • We’ll ship your exchange once we receive the original item
